Our goal with this project is not only to find ways to recycle but also to find ways to change our shopping habits. So many items we buy contain harmful plastics, chemicals or are even still tested on animals, and these practices need to be stopped. We can use our voice, and our buying habits to make these changes.
Remember, just because an Eco-product seems more expensive, it may not, unfortunately, we need to apply some basic math when we shop. An Eco item may cost say 30p more, however, you may end up with a bigger product, giving you more for you money. For example, your normal toilet roll could cost £1.90 and have 200 sheets, and an Eco-product may cost £2.10 but have 220 sheets, that extra 20p got you an extra 20 sheets and is eco friendly.
